(BCN) -- BART has resumed normal train operations on all lines early Thursday morning after a disabled vehicle on the tracks between the Daly City and Balboa Park stations caused systemwide delays, the transit agency said.
The disruption affected the Red, Blue and Green lines, prompting commuters to change their stops and transfer to other trains.
